Iranian feature ‘Lovely Trash’ hits domestic market

Iranian feature film ‘Lovely Trash’ has hit the domestic market of home entertainment on Wednesday.

Directed by Mohsen Amir-Yousefi, the film has a narrative related to some tensions in the Iranian political scene of some ten years ago.

It depicts the attempts made by a mother to help her daughter who has been arrested during unrest. She has just one night to save the daughter and the family.

‘Lovely Trash’ has been Iran box office chart topper for some consecutive weeks during the public screening.

Hediyeh Tehrani, Saber Abar, Habib Rezaee, Negar Javahriyan, Shahab Hosseini, Shirin Yazdanbakhsh, and Akbar Abdi are among the cast.
